Where on the firewall is the connector you ground when timing the ignition a 91 Laser 1.8 ?  What color is the wire?

I found the connector but the pulley/dampener did not have a mark on it for TDC.  Is it possible the pulley was put on wrong by someone in the past.  I used the old TDC locator method for basically rough timing.  I will fool with it later.

Thanks for the info.

the mark is very small and difficult to see as well as it is on the inside most part of the damper you may try to find it and mark it with a white-out pen
